Position Overview:

As the Corporate Gifting Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our corporate gifting business. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals and be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients, nurture existing relationships, and maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a strong understanding of the corporate gifting landscape, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the corporate gifting program.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships with corporate clients across industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Develop customized gifting solutions and proposals tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each client, leveraging our product offerings and capabilities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation in the corporate gifting market.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions and address client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to secure new business and drive profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, including team management, coaching, and development.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market, including industry trends, key players, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive measurable results and align with business objectives.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and measure success.
